PWB Lawyers practises exclusively in family law. We advise on separation and divorce, parenting arrangements and financial matters, including property settlements involving businesses, trusts, farms and inheritances.

We check whether we can act before giving advice. Information about a first appointment and our fees is available to share with your client.
Family violence orders
We advise on protective orders for parents and children within proceedings in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, and prepare applications where appropriate.
We don’t currently act in applications for state family violence orders in the Magistrates Court. For advice about those applications, contact Tasmania Legal Aid’s Safe at Home program or find a practitioner through the Law Society of Tasmania. Tasmania Police can also issue Police Family Violence Orders.
