Emma Daniels


Emma was admitted as a Barrister & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Tasmania in 1999.  She commenced practice at PWB Lawyers in the same year, practising primarily in family law and civil litigation.

In 2002, Emma commenced work in London, further establishing herself in children’s matters with particular emphasis in child protection.

Emma returned to Hobart in 2005 and commenced practice in Family Law with a Hobart law firm until an opportunity arose at PWB Lawyers, where she returned in January 2008 and became a Principal of the firm in May 2009.

Emma is skilled in providing advice in all areas of family law, including divorce, children’s issues, property settlement and maintenance.  She can also provide advice on de facto property matters, including same sex relationships. Emma acts as both solicitor and counsel in the conduct of her files.

Emma is a member of the Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia.
