Melissa Eddington

Melissa graduated from the University of Tasmania in 2005 with a combined Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts Degree. She was admitted as a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Tasmania in 2006 and commenced work with another Hobart law firm the same year, before commencing work with PWB in 2011.
Melissa she has extensive experience in all areas of family law including property matters, spouse maintenance matters, de-facto relationship matters, financial agreements, divorce, children’s matters and child support. She regularly appears in the Family Court and Federal Magistrates Court.
Melissa is a member of the Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia. Melissa volunteers at the Hobart Community Legal Centre.
